So I had a chance to go to some garage sales again after a few weekends of being away. Heres what I got:

Sealed Season 5 of "24" 4 disc DVD boxed set - $5, which was coincidental since I just posted the "tips on buying DVDs for resale at garage sales" post last week Smile

Full set of metric socket wrenches - $7
I needed this since my tool chest went missing, so more for myself rather than for resale.

Set of slightly used snowboard bindings, retails for $129 but selling new on ebay in the $70 and above price range - $20. I may wait until Winter rolls around to sell these, for this one I used priceanywhere.com that returned one listing that had sold for $84 so I used this to base my buying decision on.

CD clock radio and a set of new in-box game of horseshoes for $9.50 - for weekend BBQs now that its Summer.

The DVD set for season 5 of 24 looks like its selling for between $10 and $20 on ebay, so not a huge margin on that (the full Season 1-6 boxed set sells on ebay for around $80+. The bindings I haven't been able to find on ebay in used condition, so hopefully there will be some demand for ones at a lower price.
Nice finds, Mike. I didnn't sale much except for ones I passed by on my way home from coffee on Saturday morning. I almost bought a pool table for $75. but him and hawed about it too long and somoene else bought it. So I bought a 1/2 gal. glass jar (25ยข) to save change in, a Davy crocker troll (free box) and for my dh, an Atari 5200 system with 9 games for $15. I think that's it!
Thanks for priceanywhere.com link...I knew a site like this had to exist, just didn't know where!
Thanks for the DVD tips!  I have probably passed a million of these great finds up!
