At Garage Sale City (garagesalecity.org), we're really trying to build a following of regular (weekly) sellers, and while the "if you build it, they will come" seems to be working, we're looking for ideas that will draw both buyers and sellers from greater distances and make Garage Sale City a place that is unique and fresh each week.
As a seller, other than free space at the sale, aggressive advertising, or knowing that 100s or even 1000s of peoples will have access to your items, what would motivate you to come out and spend your Friday or Saturday at a community sale?
